Laura Thompson reports for The Ink from Hunts Point, Bronx. She recently graduated from the University of Georgia, where she studied journalism, conducted media research and worked for the independent student newspaper. Laura was a social media intern for The American Corner in Austria and wrote her undergraduate thesis about German media coverage of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
