    The Effects of Caffeine on Sports Performance

    A new study released by scientists at the University of Georgia suggests that drinking caffeinated coffee just before exercising can help boost a person’s endurance by 24 percent. Athletes can also get caffeine through gummies and supplements, but doctors warn that too much caffeine can have deadly consequences.
